TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
- DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:
- "User" means any person who uses the Website;

The User agrees to use the Website and/or Gaming Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use the Gaming Services, the User must register an account with the Operator by providing accurate and complete information as required by the registration form. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and password.
- GAME RULES AND ODDS
The rules and odds of each game are available on the Website and may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice to the User.
- BETTING LIMITS
The Operator reserves the right to impose betting limits on the User at its discretion.
- PAYOUT POLICY
The Operator will pay out winnings to Users in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The minimum payout amount is €10.
- DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL
All deposits made by the User are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to a processing fee of up to 5% of the withdrawal amount.
- BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Operator reserves the right to offer bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, subject to these Terms and Conditions. The User agrees to comply with all applicable bonus terms and conditions.
- RESOLVING DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision is final. The User agrees to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the Malta Arbitration Act, 1999.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
- CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Operator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the User. The User agrees to review these Terms and Conditions regularly and comply with all applicable changes.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with the User Agreement and any other agreement between the User and the Operator, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
- AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS
No amendment or waiver of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Operator.
- GOVERNING LANGUAGE
These Terms and Conditions have been translated into multiple languages, but the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between language versions.
- BINDING EFFECT
These Terms and Conditions shall bind the User and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
- RIGHT TO TERMINATE
The Operator reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions or suspend the User's account at any time without notice.
- NOTICE AND COMMUNICATIONS
Any notices or communications required by these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by e-mail, registered mail or other recognized method of delivery to the last address provided by the User.
By continuing to use the Website and/or Gaming Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
